Wasps' nest
Now the 'lopper' has finished lopping the trees and bushes around the garden we have come across things there that we had forgotten we had (if you know what I mean). A nesting box put up a decade ago has been uncovered which, as you can see, did not provide a home for the blue tits - as we hoped - but became home to the summer sharks - a nest of wasps !
