Litter
I have a thing about litter. Can't see why anyone would mess up a place when it is so easy to personally deal with the little bits of stuff that you need/want to throw away. I live near a school and the photo shows one of the areas at the school fence where there is litter on both sides. This is not the worst photo I could have taken. The litter is sweet papers, crisp bags, choc bar wrappers, drinks cartons etc etc. It will all (pretty well) have come from the school. Why hasn't anyone noticed? And if they have why has nothing been done about it?
